Please note that all pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from the product photos. No refunds will be issued for change of mind. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us to review the issue. If you have specific preferences for your piece, please contact us to review available selection.

Damages

Check your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will offer a refund or replacement.

Shipping 

We currently ship within Australia only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for rates and details. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post from Melbourne, Victoria. Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a package is returned to sender, we do not offer free reshipping. Yolkeye is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or if packages are not collected in time.

Packages

We strive to reuse packaging materials whenever possible. While it may not be the prettiest, our goal is for your piece to arrive safely and in pristine condition. After all, packaging usually ends up binned, recycled, or stored away until your next move!
